Nordstrom Anniversary Sale - What I Bought

Hello, Friends! Last week I posted some of my favorite finds from the annual Nordstrom Anniversary  Sale. As I mentioned in that post, this is my favorite and most anticipated sale of the year. I literally save up my pennies, so I can splurge during this sale. The fact that I have an early August Birthday, also helps me get my hands on the items on my Anniversary Sale wish list. I was fortunate enough to be able to shop the #Nsale during the Early Access period. Today, the sale opens up to the general public, so now EVERYONE can start shopping to their hearts' content. If you are worried that the sale is already "picked over" and items are out of stock, don't be! Nordstrom does it right and reserves stock of all the items in the sale and only releases them during the period of time the sale is open to the general public. That means everyone has the opportunity to get in on the deals! Yay!

I thought it would be fun to show you the items I picked up for myself during the sale. Take a look!

1. This Free People Cross Front Sweater has such a flattering cut. It also comes in a few different colors. I had a hard time choosing, but went with Burgundy. Definitely the "must have" color for fall!

2. I love the color and laser cut detail on these booties. 

3. I am a sucker for a pretty handbag. When I saw this Kate Spade Crossbody, I had to have it!

4. This long cardigan is so cozy. Layer it with the a great tee for the perfect fall look.

5. These suede gray booties stopped me dead in my tracks. Of course, they came home with me.

6. This dress is so soft and comfortable. Throw a long cardigan over it for a casual look or a great leather moto jacket for a night out. 

7. I love these limited addition beauty kits available at the sale. They are a great way to try the latest makeup trends without breaking the bank.

8. I love Alex and Ani bracelets and this pair was too cute to pass up.

9. I always buy one pair of Athletic Shoes during the Anniversary Sale. My pick this year was this cute pair of Nikes.

10. This sweater moto jacket is sophisticated and on trend. It's sure to be a staple in my fall wardrobe.

11. Yes, I bought 3 pairs of booties! This bootie in black is sure to be a "go to" for me!

12. A good tee is worth is weight in gold! This one for under $20 is a complete winner. I picked it up in 3 colors!

13. If you've never owned a pair of AG jeans, now is the time to pick up a pair. They are pricey, but well worth it. AG is the only brand of jean I wear. They are life changing. This distressed pair will definitely see a lot of wear this fall and winter!
