I'm happy to be revealing the Guest Bedroom in my home, today. This space was really designed with my Mom in mind. Don't get me wrong, I love my Dad too. In fact, I've always been a Daddy's girl and am not ashamed to admit that I still am. Still, when my Parent's come to visit, my Mom is constantly cooking, cleaning and playing with the kids. She loves every minute of it, but I know it can be tiring too. I wanted to give both my parent's, but especially my mom, their own little retreat in my home. I think I have created just that for them. The color palette is soothing and the space evokes a true feeling of calm. The bedding was designed by the very talented Jill Rosenwald and is part of her Hampton Links Collections. Not only is it absolutely beautiful, but it is buttery soft. Truly, when I first took the duvet out of its packaging, I couldn't stop brushing my hand over the top of it. My Parent's will be visiting in a couple weeks and I can't wait for them to get to experience this space first hand. Oh, and this room is not just for my Parents. I hope it is a space that all of our Guests will enjoy when they come to visit!
